Tom Brady's Special "Brady Cakes"
The New England Patriots are one of the best teams of all time. If you want to argue, hit me up in the comments below, but it’s really hard to come up with a reason why they’re not. The team has been to 11 Super Bowls since 2002 and won over half of them. Much of their success has to be attributed to their star quarterback, Tom Brady.
Brady is hands down one of the best players the NFL has ever seen. Before his retirement in 2023, the elite athlete set many records, including leading his team to victory in 70% of the Super Bowls he played. He also holds the record for the most passing yards and touchdowns.
No one can deny the brilliance of Tom Brady. We can’t all lead an NFL team to over two-hundred and fifty victories and seven Super Bowls in one career, but at the very least, we can eat the same breakfast as someone who can!

Here’s What Tom Brady Eats for Breakfast
Tom Brady clearly is doing something right with his nutrition. After all, anyone who has achieved as much as he has in his career must be eating healthy, energizing meals. The quarterback is on record for his “clean diet,” which consists of 80% vegetables and 20% lean meats like salmon and chicken. He also has a special breakfast recipe that he calls “Brady Cakes.”
Ingredients:
Egg whites
Protein powder (any flavor)
Almond oil
Baking soda
Baking powder
Optional: Vanilla extract
Optional: Fruit on top
It’s a simple recipe, but it works! You get the taste of yummy pancakes in the morning, but with an emerging boost from the protein powder.
Tom Brady doesn’t eat flour or sugar, so the pancakes are totally free from these fattening ingredients. You just need to mix 5 eggs, a scoop of protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, and maybe a little vanilla extract for flavor. Add blueberries or strawberries on top to take the recipe to the next level!
